Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer – Technical Productions Lead

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Enterprise Operations Engineer to lead technical production for hybrid, virtual and in‑person events. The role blends event‑technology expertise, operational support and collaboration platform knowledge to deliver engaging employee experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and execution of hybrid, virtual, and on‑site events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design reliable event‑technology solutions.
• Configure, support and troubleshoot AV systems, streaming platforms and collaboration tools.
• Conduct rehearsals, live production, and post‑event performance monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation, equipment inventories, runbooks and production timelines.
• Track incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement.
• Analyze event metrics and recommend enhancements to technology, processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in event production, broadcast technologies or technical operations.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, streaming workflows and IP networking.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, vMix, TriCaster, Barco Event Master, NDI and Visio.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for media preparation.
• Knowledge of streaming protocols such as SIP, H.323 and H.264.
• Hands‑on expertise with IP networking, routing and network‑connected AV equipment.
