Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect

About the role

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect to join its Business Transformation team. This remote position will lead the design, documentation, and improvement of Woolpert’s end‑to‑end enterprise processes, spanning lead generation, project delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and cash application.

Key responsibilities

• Map and architect Woolpert’s complete business lifecycle, from market intelligence to cash application.
• Translate enterprise objectives into current‑state and future‑state process architectures, identifying dependencies, control gaps, and simplification opportunities.
• Create enterprise process artifacts such as value‑stream maps, process models, decision flows, role‑based views, and accountability matrices.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to define system implications and governance requirements.
• Maintain reusable documentation, templates, and standards to support consistent, scalable process governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑wide process architecture and business transformation.
• Strong ability to work independently in ambiguous, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent analytical and judgment skills to define scope, assess risks, and recommend future‑state solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior operational leaders and translating complex operations into scalable designs.
