Senior Engineering Manager

About the role

As a Senior Engineering Manager at bunny.net you will drive the development of high‑impact products that make the internet faster and more reliable. Working fully remotely, you will lead three engineering teams focused on Storage, Streaming, and Front‑end experiences, turning strategic opportunities into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor three cross‑functional engineering teams (Storage, Stream, Front‑end).
• Define product road‑maps and translate market opportunities into technical deliverables.
• Oversee the evolution of the Storage platform, including integration of Amazon S3 capabilities.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of all services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to align engineering output with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to challenge, support, and step back when needed.
• Excellent communication skills to convey vision and technical direction.
• Comfortable working fully remote and driving results across distributed teams.
