Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a dynamic Senior District Manager to lead Immunology Autoantibody disease sales across the Pacific Northwest, covering multiple states. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, you will guide Rare Disease Account Executives in a patient‑focused, competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of Rare Disease Account Executives to meet sales targets for Immunology Autoantibody products.
• Design and execute strategic business plans, including local ecosystem and account‑level strategies, while managing budgets.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as Brand Marketing and Commercial Excellence to align brand strategy.
• Engage key influencers, including KOLs and C‑suite executives, to promote product offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, selling FDA‑approved products.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and motivating sales teams.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; residence within the territory or willingness to relocate.

Required skills

• Experience managing sales teams in rare diseases, preferably neurology or hematology.
• Familiarity with business development, strategic sales planning, and performance measurement.
