About the role
Enovis is seeking a Senior Distribution Engineer – Automation to lead the design, optimization, and scalability of distribution operations at its MPOC facility in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on improving material flow, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment through data‑driven decisions and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and storage strategies to increase throughput.
- Analyze distribution data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Develop and support automation solutions that enhance order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration between production and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support current operations and future growth.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in distribution engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to make data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across manufacturing and logistics functions.
