Senior Director Sales

About the role

The Senior Director of Sales will lead the Strategic Digital Markets sales team within LexisNexis Risk Solutions, driving revenue growth across technology, payments, retail/e‑commerce, fintech, crypto and related segments. Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Markets Sales, you will shape short‑ and long‑term sales strategies and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Develop and communicate strategic sales plans in partnership with your team.
• Manage the sales funnel, forecast revenue accurately and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships for short‑ and long‑term success.
• Collaborate with market planning, product, marketing and operations to address customer needs and lead escalation requests.
• Create and present account plans and key strategies to sales leadership.
• Supervise hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex sales teams in B2B environments.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets in digital‑market sectors such as fintech, payments or e‑commerce.
• Excellent strategic planning, forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive customer‑centric solutions.
• Leadership skills to recruit, develop and retain top sales talent.
