Senior Director, Procurement

About the role

The Senior Director, Procurement is a new, full‑time on‑site position based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will lead procurement strategy, vendor management and cost‑optimization initiatives for a sub‑$100M FinTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct and indirect spend.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Implement supply‑chain efficiencies and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee contract management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Live within a commutable distance to Eden Prairie, MN.
• 10+ years of experience in contract negotiation, contract management and procurement.
• Proven leadership track record in procurement or related functions.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain best practices and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Ariba.
