As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of AlffCo across a defined territory. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle of liquid de-icing products, ensuring seamless execution from manufacturing to final customer delivery.

Missions principales

• Operational Leadership: Direct all operational activities within your territory, supervising Regional Directors and overseeing multiple manufacturing plants.
• Performance & Scalability: Drive operational performance, ensure process consistency, and implement scalable solutions across all sites.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Master the full operational cycle, including production planning, inventory management, logistics execution, and customer delivery.
• Quality & Compliance: Guarantee world-class service reliability and maintain strict quality control and regulatory compliance for all products.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage and optimize the territorial P&L, ensuring operational efficiency translates into financial success.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in high-level operational management, preferably in industrial or chemical production environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams (Regional Directors).
• Exceptional ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement across diverse locations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex logistical and production challenges.
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience in P&L management.
