Senior Director of Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Director of Manufacturing will lead all manufacturing functions, including production, packaging, fulfillment, planning, inventory management, and process improvement. Reporting to the CEO/COO, this hands‑on leader will partner with executive teams to drive operational excellence, support rapid growth, and build scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production, packaging, fulfillment, and related operations to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that provide visibility and accountability across manufacturing.
• Optimize production planning, scheduling, and inventory management while identifying automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to align manufacturing capabilities with business objectives, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen supply‑chain performance.
• Support ERP/MRP system optimization and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven success scaling multi‑site or multi‑department manufacturing operations in high‑growth environments.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, supply‑chain, and operational finance.
• Experience implementing ERP/MRP systems and driving measurable performance improvements.
