Senior Director Finance

About the role

Depco Power Systems is seeking a Senior Director Finance to lead its financial strategy, planning, and reporting on a full‑time remote basis. The role supports executive decision‑making and long‑term growth for a company that provides emergency power solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Oversee preparation, review and reporting of financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Analyze performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions to improve profitability, cash flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on capital investments, strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing, remote finance team.

Required profile

• Extensive corporate finance leadership experience, preferably in industrial, energy or equipment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and independent work skills.
