Senior Director, ETF Product Development – Americas

About the role

The Senior Director, ETF Product Development for the Americas will lead Invesco’s ETF strategy, partnering with investment, distribution and index teams to bring new ETF solutions to market and manage the existing product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases and launch plans for new ETF products and range‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with index providers and internal stakeholders to build a pipeline of innovative ETF ideas.
• Maintain and communicate the Americas ETF product roadmap, providing transparency to senior leadership.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product development aligns with regulatory requirements and Invesco’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in ETF or broader investment product development.
• Strong understanding of index construction, ETF structuring, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
