Senior Director – Digital Engineering & IT Services Sales

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead Digital Engineering and IT Services sales across North America. Reporting as the P&L owner for the region, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth from $20 M to $50 M within two years, driving market expansion and securing strategic, high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for IT and Engineering Services in the United States.
• Drive new‑business acquisition, focusing on large, complex deals across MedTech, manufacturing, utilities, automotive, CPG and energy sectors.
• Own the regional P&L, building a scalable sales and operating engine to sustain growth.
• Lead a high‑performance sales team, fostering outcome‑led, value‑stream selling.
• Engage with hyperscalers, system integrators and analyst ecosystems to create partnership opportunities.
• Deliver measurable revenue within the first 6‑9 months through hands‑on selling and network leverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in IT and engineering services.
• Proven track record of selling and scaling ERP, application development, cloud and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals in the US market.
• Strong network across MedTech, manufacturing, utilities, automotive, CPG and energy sectors.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, system integrators and analyst ecosystems.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on execution levels.
