Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

About the role

Credit Genie is building a mobile‑first financial wellness platform that leverages AI to give users personalized financial insights. As a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer you will own the reliability, deployment pipelines, and compliance controls for the company’s AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, directly supporting the backend, mobile, data, ML, and AI teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve reliability, observability, and incident response across AWS (EKS, networking) and related tooling such as Datadog.
• Own the infrastructure‑as‑code stack (Terraform/OpenTofu) and contribute to AWS CDK implementations.
• Optimize the AWS footprint for cost, scalability, and best‑practice alignment.
• Lead hands‑on SOC 2 and PCI‑DSS compliance work, partnering with security to close gaps.
• Streamline CI/CD pipelines for services built in TypeScript/Node, Python, and Kotlin, ensuring predictable deployments and rollbacks.
• Develop and extend internal AI infrastructure, including gateway, middleware, and knowledge‑graph components.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within a cloud‑native environment.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable, secure, and compliant infrastructure at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, security, and product teams.
