Senior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead projects from concept through delivery. You will bring a strong visual voice to critiques and presentations while managing multiple design streams across client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of large portions of several projects simultaneously.
• Lead design discussions with internal teams and clients, presenting concepts and final deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction.
• Drive the design process from strategy and creative ideation to production and portfolio building.
• Challenge the team with fresh ideas and incorporate insights from your experience.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a project from concept to delivery.
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to clients.
• Curious, resourceful, and internally driven with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
