Senior Designer

About the role

The Senior Designer plays a key role in crafting compelling visual experiences across all Brand & Creative projects at Appcast. This position leads design initiatives for career sites, recruitment campaigns, and other digital and print assets, ensuring high‑impact creative solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals. The role also mentors fellow designers and contributes to creative discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for exceptional execution of design across digital, print, physical, and web platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic input and lead the execution of cohesive design solutions across project phases.
• Influence project meetings, offering design guidance and recommendations to align with creative and business goals.
• Execute high‑impact design assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, audience needs, and technical specifications.
• Support the evolution of scalable design systems by identifying opportunities for innovation and working cross‑functionally with developers.
• Work closely with project management to ensure design contributes efficiently to project outcomes.
• Oversee design reviews, guide other designers, and support design best practices.
• Partner with the Strategy team to deepen understanding of the Employer Brand framework.
• Participate in defining design standards and quality for Appcast Brand & Creative products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent.
• Strong conceptual, design, typography, and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to create effective responsive website designs and adapt designs for various screens and mediums.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
