Senior Data Steward – Investments Data Office

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Data Steward for its Investments Data Office. The role is hands‑on and focuses on ensuring the quality, trustworthiness, and usability of master data across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day stewardship activities for assigned master data domains.
• Partner with Data Product Owners, Data Governance, business stakeholders, data architects, and technology teams to define priorities, data quality rules, SLAs, and remediation workflows.
• Define, standardize, measure, and monitor data quality metrics; develop reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain Critical Data Elements, data definitions, metadata, data dictionaries, and field‑level guidance.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, trend analysis, root‑cause analysis, issue triage, and remediation.
• Research and resolve complex data issues using knowledge of data, systems, business processes, and controls.
• Support master data management implementation and improvement activities, including workflow design and data model input.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in data stewardship or master data management.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into data requirements.
