About the role

The Senior Customer Relationship Manager, Digital Audiences, will lead high‑value agency and advertiser accounts, driving multi‑dimensional revenue growth and shaping long‑term client strategies. You will act as a senior strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding complex planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own top‑tier or highly complex accounts with full autonomy, navigating multiple buying centers and senior agency leadership.
• Develop and execute long‑range account strategies aligned with client business goals to sustain revenue expansion.
• Lead executive‑level conversations and negotiations, influencing senior agency and client leadership.
• Identify non‑obvious growth opportunities, including cross‑solution expansion, new platform integrations, and strategic pilots.
• Represent client perspectives to influence product positioning and roadmap adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
• Support new business development and lead complex strategic pitches.
• Protect existing accounts by proactively identifying churn risk and implementing retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years experience in corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management.
• Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
• Executive relationship mastery with ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial insight.
