Senior CRO Designer – Paywalls & Funnels

About the role

RevenueCat is looking for a senior CRO designer to lead the creation of high‑converting paywalls, onboarding flows and purchase funnels for mobile apps. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to translate brand value into effective monetisation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship paywalls, upgrade paths, trial experiences and win‑back flows using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders.
• Run structured discovery sessions, propose experiment plans and analyse multivariate test results.
• Codify successful patterns into reusable templates, checklists and component presets.
• Collaborate with product, advocacy and marketing to produce public‑facing assets such as templates, blog posts, webinars and conference talks.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a focus on subscription or purchase flows.
• Proven track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that improve conversion metrics.
• Strong conversion and experimentation mindset, comfortable defining hypotheses, success metrics and test plans.
• Excellent communication skills for customer workshops, design reviews and remote collaboration.

Required skills

• Figma (or comparable modern design tool).
• Experience with no‑code builder configurations and translating designs into functional paywall components.
• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation platforms to interpret results and iterate quickly.
