Senior Consultant – MedTech Regulatory Implementation

About the role

Veeva is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead MedTech Regulatory Information Management (RIM) implementations for its global MedTech customers. The consultant will guide transformation of Regulatory Affairs and Operations processes using Veeva’s industry‑leading cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RIM implementation workstreams, ensuring successful system configuration and customer adoption.
• Analyze existing customer processes, identify gaps, and define requirements for implementation.
• Serve as primary liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third‑party partners.
• Develop long‑term adoption and enhancement roadmaps for Regulatory Operations.
• Coach customers on best practices for regulatory data and document management.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in systems implementation, GxP systems ownership, or software consulting.
• 4+ years in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs within the Medical Device or Diagnostics industry.
• Proven track record leading IT implementations as a consultant, business analyst, or sponsor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to design creative solutions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Veeva RIM or comparable solutions (RegDesk, RIMSYS, IQVIA, Kalypso, Essenvia).
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, UDI reporting).
• Systems implementation expertise and familiarity with GxP environments.
