Senior Consultant – Healthy Planet Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Nordic is seeking a Senior Consultant to serve as a Healthy Planet Analyst on remote Epic projects. You will work directly with Nordic’s healthcare clients, applying your Epic expertise to design, implement, and optimize the Healthy Planet module and related solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Epic‑related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Mentor client project teams on system‑build strategy and workflow optimization.
• Track and document project risks, issues, and workflow analyses.
• Collaborate with project leadership on documentation, facilitation, and status meetings.
• Engage directly with Epic end users to monitor workflows, produce documentation, and suggest optimizations.
• Lead meetings on project status and coordinate ongoing work‑product.
• Perform additional duties as defined in client statements of work.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Epic experience.
• At least one current Epic certification (Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, or Cheers); multiple certifications preferred.
• Minimum two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑starter able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable to new project environments and travel requirements.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and respect for client and team members.
