Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design realistic consulting scenarios that train advanced AI systems. You will translate real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and growth strategy.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate AI output assessment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under pressure.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and synthesis of messy data.
