Senior Construction Manager – Gulf Coast Projects

About the role

As a Construction Manager Staff you will lead the delivery of natural gas pipeline, facility and capital projects across the Gulf Coast. In this senior‑level position you will shape construction strategy, ensure safety and quality, and mentor the next generation of construction leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for Gulf Coast facility projects from planning through closeout, setting strategy and ensuring safe delivery.
• Oversee contractor performance, including schedules, budgets and contract compliance.
• Champion safety and environmental compliance, meeting all regulatory and company requirements.
• Partner with engineering, procurement and operations teams to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
• Establish and enforce construction quality standards, inspection and permitting requirements.
• Manage construction of liquids handling and processing equipment and related infrastructure.
• Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, reporting and lessons‑learned capture.
• Mentor and support team members to strengthen overall construction capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience on small to mega projects, with at least 7 years on large to mega projects.
• Proven ability to lead construction efforts in high‑stakes environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and complex construction contracts.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and align diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
