Senior Construction Manager – Electrical Projects

About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations on a large electrical construction site at the TSMC campus in North Phoenix. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate more than 120 subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive project execution against a $30M budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large‑scale electrical projects up to $30M in value.
• Manage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
• Oversee design change and change‑order processes in a fast‑evolving semiconductor environment.
• Plan and control multi‑project execution, integrating logistics, scheduling, and field activities.
• Design and maintain site logistics systems to prevent material shortages and access conflicts.
• Establish accountability for material handling, staging, prefabrication, and point‑of‑use delivery.
• Partner with engineering and field leadership to verify layouts, takeoffs, and installation details.
• Support staffing plans for current and future campus workloads.
• Provide visible safety leadership and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive experience in electrical construction project management.
• Experience supervising large commercial or industrial electrical projects up to $30M.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices and job‑site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Preferred experience in data centers, semiconductor fabs, or mission‑critical facilities.
• Familiarity with fast‑track construction schedules and OSHA‑type safety certifications.
