Senior Compliance Officer

About the role

The Global Ethics Office at Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support North American employees. You will ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics, personal trading policies, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts & entertainment rules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide education and answer employee queries on personal trading, outside business activities, political contributions, and gifts & entertainment.
• Coordinate and support compliance‑related projects, ensuring planning, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
• Monitor employee completion of required reports, including acknowledgements, brokerage listings, holdings, and transaction reports.
• Review and pre‑clear personal trading requests using the Star Compliance system.
• Conduct post‑trade monitoring and investigate policy violations, issuing educational letters as needed.
• Perform additional compliance tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in compliance, ethics, or related regulatory functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Star Compliance platform.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Global Ethics Office Support Portal.
