Senior Community Manager (Residential)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for its Trillium residential community in Spokane Valley, WA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two or more assigned properties, meeting budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Control expenditures, including maintenance repairs, within approved budget limits.
• Manage lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational targets.

Required skills

• Property management software proficiency (if any mentioned in interview).
• Budgeting and financial reporting.
• Regulatory compliance expertise.
