Senior Community Manager (Harrison Residences)

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Harrison Residences property, leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to property budgets by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Achieve targeted revenue by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budget limits and manage petty‑cash balances.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, rent discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends and implement short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze budgets and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with vendors, owners, and residents.
