Senior Commercial Development Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Analyst in Commercial Development, you will support Nestlé’s Coffee & Beverage Division by turning category, customer and channel insights into actionable commercial plans. The role focuses on driving growth for brands such as Starbucks and Natural Bliss across Walmart and strategic growth channel retailers, working at the intersection of analytics, strategy and field execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 4P tactics by channel and customer, including brand objectives, growth drivers and activation plans.
• Create ad‑hoc reports, sales presentations, communications and CAP development activities.
• Analyze category, customer and channel data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Provide insights to field sales and support execution of business updates.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Hub, CMI) to leverage standardized reports and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of retail sales experience.
• Experience supporting business performance through analytics, reporting and sales planning.
• Proven ability to develop presentations and business materials for commercial planning.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
