Senior CoE NPI Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking senior professionals to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) supply‑chain programs within its Center of Excellence. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution for critical semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive project plans from conception through implementation, using project‑management tools and scheduling software.
• Coordinate division resources, manage purchase requisitions and orders, and track cost‑schedule performance for equipment worldwide.
• Lead multifunctional design teams, providing technical input and business‑process expertise to meet project goals.
• Identify and resolve project complications, delivering solutions that keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Communicate status updates, define objectives, and prepare releases for internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in supply‑chain or program‑management disciplines.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Leadership experience managing functional teams or moderate‑complexity projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to devise innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for influencing stakeholders.
