Senior Clinical Implementation Manager (West)

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a senior professional to lead the clinical implementation of its at‑home EEG and cardiopulmonary diagnostic solutions across the Western United States. This remote, individual‑contributor position will guide sleep labs, health systems, and provider organizations from contract signing through sustained daily use.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation execution, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, and transition to steady‑state support.
• Deliver virtual and on‑site clinical support throughout pre‑planning, education, go‑live, and post‑launch troubleshooting.
• Develop and coordinate implementation plans that address clinical workflow design, staffing models, order routing, patient communication, and administrative processes.
• Provide tailored training and demos for physicians, advanced practice providers, sleep technologists, medical assistants, schedulers, and administrative staff, maintaining reusable training materials.
• Monitor adoption outcomes, diagnose usage gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure sustained product integration.

Required profile

• Active RPSGT certification with 8+ years of experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
• Proven track record of owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go‑live support in healthcare settings.
• Experience mentoring peers, setting standards, and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50‑75% for on‑site support.
• US‑based and anchored in the West territory.
