About the role
The Senior Career Services Advisor works with the Lead Director of Career Services to design and deliver programs that help graduates secure employment and advance the college’s mission.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in training newly hired Career Services Advisors across all Platt College campuses.
- Lead, coordinate and implement on‑campus career services activities such as resume and interview workshops, career fairs, open houses and alumni events.
- Develop and launch new workshops and classroom activities for use at all locations.
- Collaborate with college staff to promote graduate placement and career development initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in career services or student advising.
- Strong work ethic and ability to contribute to the college’s success.
