Main Missions

• Lead the design and development of new mobile features using React Native CLI and C# .NET.
• Oversee the continuous improvement and refactoring of existing web and mobile application systems.
• Drive technical excellence through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to refine and size user stories during planning sessions.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards and reduce technical debt.
• Work closely with end-users, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver maximum client value.

Profile Required

• Proven track record in software engineering with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Expertise in iterative and incremental development within Agile environments.
• Ability to provide system support according to required time zones.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into robust technical implementations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in C# .NET (Framework 4.x, Core, or Standard).
• Extensive experience in mobile development (React Native CLI, Xamarin, MAUI, or Blazor).
• Mastery of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and refactoring methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development lifecycles.
• Experience in reducing technical debt and maintaining scalable architectures.
