Senior Business Systems Administrator – Remote

About the role

ClearCaptions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to lead the administration and continuous improvement of its Salesforce platform. This fully remote position supports a mission‑driven organization that provides real‑time phone captioning services to seniors and individuals with hearing loss.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Design, implement, and optimize custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Business Operations, and IT teams to streamline cross‑functional workflows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide technical support and resolve user issues across departments.
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions to boost user adoption.
• Monitor system performance, recommend scalability improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
