Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and increase revenue in the Miami market. You will work in a flexible environment, collaborating with internal teams to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers, matching their needs with our products and services.
• Present rate structures and service options to new and existing accounts, driving profitable sales.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities, manage KPIs, and oversee an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regional resources.
• Facilitate onboarding of new accounts, including paperwork and information transfer.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience in the forwarding or logistics industry.
• Hunter‑sales mentality with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to make quick decisions in fast‑changing environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Strong command of MS Office products.
