Senior Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to champion our Mainstream Portfolio, led by Bread & Butter Wines. Reporting to the Global Director of Brand Marketing, you will shape global brand strategy, drive business initiatives and own the digital media footprint across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the brand champion for the Mainstream Portfolio, especially Bread & Butter Wines.
• Support the Marketing Director in developing global brand strategies and leading cross‑functional business initiatives.
• Own all digital media activities in the US & Canada, including awareness, conversion, and influencer strategies.
• Serve as the internal and external brand advocate, delivering presentations to management, sales teams, key customers and at PR events.
• Evaluate marketing activities for ROI and long‑term brand equity, and hold agencies accountable to performance metrics.
• Develop and execute long‑term brand growth and annual business plans.
• Manage agency relationships across advertising, media, experiential, packaging and public relations.
• Share responsibility for volume, share and profit targets with P&L accountability for profitability.
• Lead brand business analysis, continuously monitoring brand performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior brand management within consumer goods or beverage categories.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess ROI, brand equity and financial performance.
• Leadership capability to drive cross‑functional teams and manage external agencies.
• Passion for simplifying brand experiences and connecting with Millennial and Gen‑Z consumers.
