Senior Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Specialist to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Phoenix, AZ. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert overseeing complex billing and collections activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and revenue optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit and submit account billing in accordance with customer contracts and payer regulations.
• Review claims with outstanding balances, identify actions and perform collections to reduce aging.
• Handle high‑risk or escalated accounts and manage cash collections, aged receivables and denials.
• Post insurance denials promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with offshore Cognizant partners to conduct audits and support the Collections team.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insurers and patients while building lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in billing and collections within a healthcare or medical‑technology environment.
• Proven experience managing high‑risk or escalated accounts and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of payer rules, contracts and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and serve as a resource for team members.
