Senior Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Senior Benefits Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s employee benefits programs. This role promotes benefit offerings, serves as a resource for staff and leaders, and ensures programs are understood and utilized effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and oversee leave programs and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with third‑party administrators to process claims and communicate details to employees, leaders, and payroll.
• Support annual benefits renewal, data analysis, enrollment implementation, and communication.
• Organize and participate in benefits fairs and promotional events to increase awareness and engagement.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance, resolving complex inquiries, and supporting decision‑making.
• Promote benefit programs through presentations, written materials, and direct outreach.
• Analyze utilization trends and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
• Partner with HR, payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely administration of all benefit programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Advanced knowledge of employer benefits design, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with employer leave management and accommodations.
