Senior Associate – Treasury Technology (Kyriba) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join PwC’s Finance Consulting team in Chicago, focusing on Treasury Technology and the Kyriba platform. The role involves working with CEOs, CFOs and treasury leaders to optimise treasury processes, improve liquidity management and mitigate financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of the Kyriba Treasury Management System for client organisations.
• Analyse complex treasury challenges, including cash‑flow forecasting, foreign‑exchange, interest‑rate and commodity‑price risk.
• Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks and ensure delivery of high‑quality work.
• Provide insight‑driven recommendations to enhance control standards and back‑office efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on treasury strategy.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Experience working in treasury, finance consulting or a similar advisory environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure unstructured problems.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to PwC’s professional standards and ethical code.
