Senior Associate – Treasury Technology & FIS Implementation Consultant

About the role

As a member of PwC's Finance Consulting team, you will lead end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of the FIS Treasury Management System, driving productivity and delivering high‑impact solutions for treasury processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise Treasury Management Systems (FIS) for client organisations.
• Analyse complex financial processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Navigate financial‑market complexities to deliver tailored solutions.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards on all deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of impactful client strategies.
• Enhance personal knowledge and brand within the finance sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred studies: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Finance.
• Experience advising organisations on treasury process efficiency, cash management and forecasting.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Interest in business‑development and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Alteryx.
• PowerBI.
• Implementation experience with FIS Treasury Management System.
• System design and testing.
