Senior Associate - Transaction Services

About the role

As a senior associate, you will work directly with corporate clients and private equity firms, providing structured advice in acquisition and disposal M&A processes. You will be involved from the initial client meeting pitch through analysis to deal closing.

Key responsibilities

• Work in direct contact with stakeholders, providing advice in M&A processes.
• Execute analyses, identify issues and key drivers impacting the transaction.
• Summarize findings on financial statements and business plans in reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Guide and steer junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or similar.
• 2‑3 years experience in Transaction Advisory Services/Financial Due Diligence in a Big 4 or similar firm.
• Financial analysis skills, including assessing quality of earnings, net financial debt, net working capital and cash flows.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for challenging international projects.
• Drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong team player.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
