Senior Associate – International Tax (LLM) – Summer/Fall 2027

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its International Tax Services team in Washington DC for the Summer/Fall 2027 period. You will work on complex cross‑border tax projects, helping multinational clients optimise their global tax positions while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse international tax regulations and develop strategic tax‑planning solutions.
• Design and implement tax‑efficient structures for global clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute international tax strategies.
• Conduct in‑depth research on tax laws, including BEPS initiatives.
• Prepare and review tax documentation and disclosures.
• Mentor junior team members on international tax concepts.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Commitment to meet PwC’s educational requirements and pass the Bar exam before full‑time start.
