Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (East)

About the role

PwC’s Deals team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Due Diligence practice in the East region. You will work on complex M&A, divestiture and restructuring transactions, providing clients with rigorous financial analysis and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow, assets and other deal‑specific issues.
• Analyze complex financial data and develop clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business context and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with acquisition advisory colleagues to deliver integrated transaction services.
