Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (Deals – FS)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Deals – FS Financial Due Diligence team, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering strategic advice and rigorous business diligence. You will analyse financial information, assess quality of earnings, assets and cash flows, and help identify key deal issues that drive value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements to evaluate earnings quality, asset valuations and cash‑flow dynamics.
• Provide strategic advice and diligence services for M&A transactions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint deal risks and opportunities for value maximisation.
• Manage deal processes and contractual agreements to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Build and sustain meaningful client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Interest in financial due diligence and transaction advisory.
