Senior Associate – Deals Valuation & Financial Analytics

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Deals Valuation – Financial Analytics & Derivatives (FAD), you will support clients through detailed valuation and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions. You will build strong client relationships, guide junior team members and deepen your technical expertise in a fast‑moving advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuations for M&A and other deal structures.
• Utilize Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline data processing and analysis.
• Perform asset and derivative valuation to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain financial models that evaluate deal outcomes and capital structures.
• Interpret market trends and industry insights to shape valuation strategies.
• Prepare and present clear valuation reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Support business value analysis and capital modeling initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, valuation or related fields.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate client needs and deliver high‑quality results in ambiguous situations.
