Senior Associate, Deals Contract Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals Technology and Data Solutions Contract Analytics team in San Francisco. In this role you will apply advanced analytics to complex contract data, helping clients make data‑driven decisions and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights for deal‑related contracts.
• Develop and deliver strategic analysis and visualisations that enhance client deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and foster strong client relationships.
• Anticipate client needs, propose proactive solutions, and uphold PwC’s professional and ethical standards.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer & Information Science, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
