Senior Associate – Deal Valuation (Deals)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Deals – Deal Valuation team, you will provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess deal worth, identify risks, and deliver actionable insights that support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed valuation analyses for M&A and other financial transactions.
• Assess the worth and potential risks of deals to guide client decisions.
• Utilize Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline valuation processes.
• Perform balance‑sheet analysis and build financial‑statement models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and tailor valuation solutions.
• Apply critical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and generate recommendations.
• Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
