Senior Associate, Cyber Operations – AI DLP

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Enterprise Security Services team, focusing on AI‑enhanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and cyber operations. The role involves safeguarding sensitive firm and client data across endpoints, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor DLP technologies and embed AI security guardrails across endpoints, cloud services, and collaboration tools.
• Lead end‑to‑end DLP incident response, including triage, containment, root‑cause analysis, and remediation of AI‑related data incidents.
• Detect and analyze emerging AI‑driven threats by correlating DLP alerts, user‑behavior analytics, access activity, and insider‑risk indicators.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and risk assessments on AI platforms, coding environments, and agentic workflows to identify data exposure pathways.
• Document operational processes in playbooks and design automated agentic workflows to streamline security operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in security monitoring, operations, or incident response within a professional services environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new security products and tools, and to communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest in pursuing professional certifications and developing agentic workflows.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
