Senior Asset Manager

About the role

Spark Power is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead its US asset management team. You will be the primary contact for customers, oversee project delivery, and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of asset managers, handling training, performance assessment and day‑to‑day supervision.
• Manage contracts, service obligations, billing rates and termination clauses.
• Oversee project electrical and mechanical design, site turnover documentation and spare‑parts procurement.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs, including change‑order and fixed‑price project management.
• Track and report KPIs, SCADA data, production performance and financial results at project and portfolio level.
• Develop and quote new opportunities within customer facilities, manage RMA and warranty processes.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support field service and relationship building.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in project, quality, health‑and‑safety or asset management, preferably in renewable energy.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex contracts.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of delivering on budget, margin and schedule.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.
