Senior Architect – High-End Residential

About the role

We are a well‑established Midtown Manhattan studio specializing in high‑end private residences across the Northeast. As a Senior Architect you will own entire residential projects, from concept through construction administration, delivering bespoke single‑family homes that reflect the client’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Manage consultant teams and serve as the primary client liaison.
• Maintain a hands‑on Revit model and oversee the production of full construction document sets.
• Mentor intermediate and junior staff, setting technical standards for the team.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of architectural experience with a strong focus on high‑end single‑family residential projects.
• Professional degree in architecture; licensed or well into the AREs.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical drawings (plans, sections, details) rather than only renderings.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Lumion and Rhino (nice to have).
