Senior Application Support Analyst

About the role

Moog’s Space & Defense team is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to ensure the availability, security, and performance of its critical business applications. The role can be performed fully remote or on a hybrid basis for candidates located near Blacksburg, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance the Infor LN ERP environment and related platforms.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance tuning for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement application improvements and manage deployments.
• Lead audit, access‑governance, and compliance activities for supported systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise or ERP applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects or mentoring small teams.
• Proven experience troubleshooting ERP, reporting, workflow, or business systems.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service‑management practices (incident, change, problem, request).
• Experience supporting audits, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
