About the Position

Main Missions

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Implement robust communication protocols between mobile apps and automotive hardware via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and CAN bus.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and deploy new features that enhance vehicle performance monitoring.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high stability for mission-critical automotive environments.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.

Candidate Profile

• Over 4 years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Strong mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Proven track record of publishing high-quality applications on the Google Play Store.
• Ability to work on-site in Buffalo Grove, IL.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or hardware integration.
